Why Isn’t My Login Working on the Mobile App?
If you're having trouble logging into Trainline Business on the app, it's likely because your company is registered on a legacy version of Trainline Business.
Earlier this year, we launched a new and improved platform that is gradually being rolled out to our business customers. Once your organisation has been moved to the new platform, accessing your account on the app will become possible. We are keeping admins informed of when they can expect the transition to take place.
Can I still access my tickets for travel?
Yes! Fear not, you don’t need to be logged in to access your Trainline Business tickets in the app. On your confirmation email you will see a View in app button. Click this when on your mobile device and your etickets or mtickets will magically appear in the My Tickets section of the app!
What’s Next?
Your organisation along with all of its user accounts will be moved to the new product in the coming months. Once this happens you will be able to log in and access your business account on the updated mobile app.
