Your Business ID is a combination of three letters and seven numbers e.g. XYZ1234567 and is used to identify your account.


If you’re an Admin user :

  1. Log in and go to Account settings.
  2. Click on Business details on the left-hand side of the Dashboard.
  3.  You will find your Business ID on the top right in the "About your company" section


If you don’t have Admin access to your business account, you’ll have to ask your business Admin user to give you the Business ID.
