Some of my ticket prices are different to the consumer app
You might sometimes see a different price for the same journey on Trainline Business compared to the consumer Trainline app. This is usually down to where you’re searching, not the type of account you’re using.
Why this happens
App and web prices aren’t always the same. We may sometimes offer app-only rates for the same ticket and journey. This applies to both consumer Trainline and Trainline Business.
- Trainline Business app prices match the consumer app
- Trainline Business web prices match the consumer web
If you compare: Business app vs consumer web (or the other way around…you may see a difference.
Tip: Always compare app with app, or web with web.
