If you're an administrators you can download a statement of all the bookings made on you business account. This is especially useful when searching for that mysterious booking deducted from your company accounts.


To do this simply follow the steps below:

  1. Log in and go to Account settings.
  2. Click on Reporting on the left-hand side of the Dashboard. 
  3. Select the dates you require information for using the date range fields to filter, your results will be filtered by journey date, not booking date.
  4. Click Download CSV, and click on the link to open the file.
